What You’ll Be Doing

• Equipment Design & Development – Design and refine HVAC, automation, and industrial equipment to improve processes and efficiency.
• Project Leadership – Oversee projects from concept through installation , working with third-party vendors and managing scope, timeline, and budget.
• Process Automation – Identify manual processes that can be automated, implementing machinery and control systems for increased efficiency.
• Field Work & Documentation – Take precise field measurements, oversee installations , and ensure environmental compliance .
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with automation, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless project integration.

What You Bring to the Table

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering .
• Experience: 3-5 years in mechanical design, project management, and equipment installation .
• Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks , and understanding of motors, HVAC, and industrial automation . Hands-On
• Installation Experience: Comfortable with mechanical installations, piping systems, equipment sizing , and vendor coordination.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze issues, optimize processes , and drive continuous improvement .
