We are looking for a candidate who loves being around people, is detail-oriented, self-motivated, super organized, comfortable multitasking, hard-working, a critical thinker and has genuine desire to serve others. Our ideal candidate will be IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) Certified.
THE POSITION:
PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR:
Primary tasks will include administrative responsibilities for our Chiropractic and Functional Health patients, such as: preparing for appointments, notating in patient files, developing recommendations of care, supplement management, and completing all post-appointment follow-up. This candidate will be the primary point of contact for patient inquiries regarding nutrition and supplements. This candidate will also assist our chiropractic patients through the various steps of their care in our office.
Ability to muti-task and learn numerous responsibilities will be essential in this position.
35-40 per week with some later evenings (7:30pm on either Monday or Thursday, 8:00pm on Wednesday).
Possible travel 3-4 weekends per year for professional development.
Skills needed include comfort with Microsoft Office; comfort learning new software; quick learner; excellent attention to detail; ability to work in fast-paced environment; strong communication skills.
$20 - $22/hour (negotiable; commensurate with experience)
